How to easily achieve a state of deep relaxation.


Recently my thoughts on this blog were more theoretical than practical. Today I decided, however, that in order to maintain a better balance, I will describe a practical way to relax. They're probably wondering what weave? After all, everyone knows what it relaxes. Of course you're right, but not quite. Most people confuse relaxation with satisfaction or pleasure. Today, however, will be talking about the state of deep relaxation, which is a condition characterized by the most complete rest for the whole body and mind.
You ask why we talk of such a relaxation, since the majority of its functions can be achieved through normal, healthy sleep. Well, this is a dream for myself that consists of several stages which makes it only a short time is kept relaxed state. You may have noticed that during sleep, the eyes are moving under the eyelids, and sometimes other muscles also respond to tension. The deep relaxation has the advantage of a dream that a similar effect of relaxation combined with a feeling rested can be achieved faster and more controlled. Of course, I encourage you to not disregard the role of sleep, because our bodies need all of its phases to the correct functioning.
Speaking theoretical introduction we have had here, and my simple technique relaxation.
  • lie on your back (spine straight, head on a small pillow)
  • close your eyes and relax
  • imagine that your leg is so heavy that you can not pull up, it will help you to further relax its
  • muscle function, repeat for the second leg, all the while mindful of the enormous weight of the previous
  • repeat all
  • for hands in a similar manner relax the shoulders, neck and head up
  • relax facial muscles trying to "liquidate" all the facial expressions
  • relax your eyes, imagining that somehow they are taken deeper into your skull
  • let your mind thinks only of the fact that your body is so heavy that it was impossible to increase muscle strength
  • when thinking about breathing, stop doing it, let the breathing be natural, without undue speculation about him
  • hold on in this state for so long as arranged (usually me it is hard to endure several minutes)
After the session you should feel almost as relaxed as after a good massage. I use the same technique described before bedtime, which allows me better rest before the coming day. Sure you sometimes feel that you are sleepy in spite of 7 or 8 hours of healthy sleep. Defiantly tell you that you're probably an island. The problem lies elsewhere, you're not rested. I hope that the described technology will solve this problem and thus to achieve a state of readiness for the tasks awaiting you in the next day.
