As you could read in one of the previous posts, I decided to change his sleeping habits. Planned to go to bed at 24 and wake up at 7 o'clock. Unfortunately, the beginnings of this change are unsatisfactory. Earlier start of sleep was not so big problem, once went to sleep at 24, and the delay was only a few minutes. Unfortunately, far worse was to get up, in this performance was very poor. Of course I have to explain to the notch, which can throw off at least some responsibility for the defeat. For several days I was sick and in accordance with the recommendation had to spend more time in bed, and then happened to me a long train journey in the sleeper (toll there 15 hours a night on the spot and return the next 15 hours.) Despite the name of a dream car was very difficult, much like several short naps separated awakenings. This caused the bed the site has extended to 9 hours (24-9), and this just after returning to 8 hours and 30 minutes. So I decided that this week yet another attempt to devote to normalize sleep that started at 24 and ended at 7 before proceeding to the next phase of the operation, which is tentatively called "I'll be larks."
