do not want to be a night person - creating a new habit


As part of People who read this blog knows, this year I decided to be "persuaded" Leo Babauty year to make positive habits forming. Any plan to form a habit for 2 months, or approximately 60 days. I started by trying to daily physical activity in the form of all sorts of exercises, but because of the aura quickly changed my mind and I began to develop the habit of daily creativity. Today I was able to lead to a situation where I have time and desire to indulge in the daily creative operations such as posting, which I put here. This success means that the time for a new challenge which will be healthy sleep habits.
