Implantation Discharge?




recently trying to switch your body and mind to the morning waking up, as you could read in my previous post on this subject, with varying results. I gave up buying a special alarm, which is adjusted to the time window, which raises the shallowest possible phase of sleep, but I found another way to facilitate getting up each morning.
this way is a ritual, or routine if you prefer that term. My current ritual is not now, nor as quickly as possible, "zwleczeniu" out of bed and trip to the bathroom, to awakening, or the constant pressing the snooze button on the phone to set an alarm clock. Instead, when you hear the sound of a rooster my alarm clock trying to do the following:

So far, the ritual actually works . Once I'm awake and ready to live another day. The only drawback is the relatively long duration, but if I can still get up a little bit earlier, this should not pose any problem.
